Cemscreed 5 is a quick drying screed that is ready for floor covering in just 5 days. In addition it is strong and abrasion resistant, ideal for all common floor finishes. Cemscreed 5 can also be used in sound and thermal insulation and weight-reduction applications. For particularly well-used floors, Cemscreed 5 is ideal.

Cemscreed 5 applications
Solid concrete ground floor slabs:
- directly in contact with the slab
- with suitable damp proof membrane between slab and screed
- over an insulating layer to isolate the screed from the base
- Precast concrete units or beams with reinforcement
- In situ suspended floors
- As a topping to lightweight screeds based on lightweight aggregates
